If somebody today strapped me down as an adult to a table and took a knife to my genitals without my personal consent, they would be arrested, and convicted of serious sex crimes, and sent to prison. 

So…

Why would this be any different if someone had done this to me when I was a baby?

Hell, even doing that to a teenager or even a child has gotten people in trouble, if it was non-consensual. But hey, babies can’t talk, so it’s totally fine to do it to them!
